⏳ Changing Frequency: - Totally depends on your flow. - Anywhere from wearing 1 pair per day to 2-3 or maybe even 4 pairs on heavier flow days.
🧺 Care: - Machine wash cold or hand-wash at room temp. Avoid using bleach and fabric softener, your detergent alone will do the trick! - Hang or lay flat to dry. - Tips: To remove stains, spray your favorite stain remover before washing.

For your lighter flow days or great to workout in, the liner has our signature pink interior top layer with honeycomb cotton that draws away sweat and discharge for odorless protection as well as a sponge protection layer to absorb fluid and lock it away. The base layer secures them all in place for worry free protection and all day comfort.
Pads
For your period. Period. Heavy flow, light flow, the pad has our signature pink interior top layer with honeycomb cotton that draws away sweat and discharge for odorless protection, a double-sided buffer layer that absorbs on two sides and a waterproof layer for added protection. The base layer secures them all in place for worry free protection and all day comfort.
Night Pads
To sleep in with peace of mind when on your period and shout out to my heavy flow babes who would prefer to wear these all day. The night pad is designed to be our most absorbent pad with full full coverage. Featuring our signature pink interior top layer with honeycomb cotton that draws away sweat and discharge for odorless protection, a double-sided buffer layer that absorbs on two sides, a sponge protection layer to absorb fluid and lock it away, and a waterproof layer for added protection. The base layer secures them all in place for worry free protection and all day comfort.
How to easily wash your leakproof undies
Step 1: Take your worn pair of underwear and throw them into your washing machine (optional to rinse first which can help remove stains)
Machine wash cold or hand-wash at room temp. Avoid using bleach and fabric softener, your detergent alone will do the trick!
Step 2: Take them out and hang (or lay flat) to dry
It takes about 10-12 hours for our Dailies and Liners to dry, and shouldn’t take longer than 20 hours for our Pads & Night pads to dry.
Step 3: Wait for them to dry and then fold and put them away – or wear them – or do whatever you want because that’s the end of the washing instructions!

DAILIES can be worn every day, think "regular" underwear.
LINERS can be worn all day long for any unexpected leaks that may occur aka sweat or discharge.

While wearing our PAD UNDIES on your period, you do not need to add any additional protection, but you totally can if you want to!!! Just remember to change your pad undies throughout the day as they fill up.
